Open House

Today, at Nishihara, it was Open House. All of the parents came to watch today's lessons. It was great. The parents should come every day. (ha!) For the activities, we read the story Goodnight Moon and then drew a picture correlating with the story. The student's had to draw a picture of something that he or she says goodnight to at night-time. Some students drew something funny, while others drew something serious.
今日は授業参観日でした！お母さんたちがクラスの様子を見に来てくれましたよ～♪
みんなすごーく良く出来ました☆お母さんたち毎日来てください！笑
アクティビティーの時間には、Goodnight Moonというお話を読んでその絵を描きました。毎日寝るときに「おやすみなさい」という人や物の絵も一緒に描きました☆
まじめに描いてる子もいれば、面白い絵を描いている子もいました(^^)
After our story activity we moved into reviewing Stop, Drop, and Roll. Then, we learned what to do if there were an earthquake while at IAC.
アクティビティータイムのあとには、Stop, Drop, and Roll の復習をしました。その次に、IACにいるときにもしも地震が起きたらどうすればいいかということを勉強しました！
